We'd rather lose a sale than have you buy something that's not right.
- We arrange viewings and property visits
We'll pick you up, drive you around, and show you everything that matches what you're looking for. Most buyers come out for a few days and we'll pack in as many viewings as we can. We'll also show you the local area, the shops, the restaurants, the nearby towns. Buying a house isn't just about four walls. It's about the life you'll have there. We want you to get a proper feel for the place before you make any decisions.
- Buy remotely through Power of Attorney
Not everyone can fly out to Bulgaria to sign papers. That's fine. We work with a legal team who can set up Power of Attorney so the purchase goes through without you being here in person. Your solicitor handles the paperwork on your behalf, and we keep you updated every step of the way. Plenty of our buyers have completed purchases this way without any issues at all.
- Purchase through a holding company if needed
If you're not an EU or EEA citizen, Bulgarian law says you can't buy property directly in your own name. The workaround is setting up a Bulgarian limited company, which then purchases the property. It sounds complicated but it's actually straightforward. We handle the company registration for around 1,000 euros and walk you through the whole process. It's a one-off cost and then you own the property through the company.

We offer a pay monthly option that most agencies round here simply don't. You put down a minimum deposit of 25 percent to secure the property, and then we agree a monthly payment schedule for the rest. The property is reserved for you during this period. It's a straightforward arrangement with no hidden fees or interest. Once you've paid in full, the property transfers to your name.
